Which subscriptions do you offer?
We offer a six-month or a one-year subscription, as well as the option of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries.
Are the subscriptions commitment-free?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time, no commitment necessary.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Fridays, no matter the subscription. Whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, we’ll always deliver on Fridays.
How do payments work?
Once you fill out our form, we’ll send you an invoice for your first floral subscription! After that, you’ll receive monthly invoices from Stem Social via email. Payments are accepted through Paypal, credit, or debit.
Do I return the vase?
Please keep the vases of your arrangements! We’ll collect the previous vase when we come to deliver your next arrangement.
What will the arrangement look like?
Your floral arrangement may vary in colors, flowers and greenery each time. There are no previews or standard designs. Each arrangement will come in a glass vase. If you have a request to make for your arrangement, please email us at julia@stemsocialflorals.com
How do I take care of my arrangement?
In order to keep your flowers fresh, you should replenish the water every couple of days. We recommend cutting the stems about 1/2” to 1" after 3-4 days. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
